Growth is picking up – ECB’s Draghi

FXStreet (Mumbai) - The European Central Bank (ECB) President Mario Draghi said on Friday that the growth in the 17-nation currency block is picking up and the outlook for the Eurozone is brighter today than it has been for seven long years.

Draghi further added that monetary policy is working its way through the economy, with inflation expectations recovering from their trough. Draghi also said the potential growth is projected to remain well below pre-crisis levels.
