IEA's Birol reiterates: Oil prices should be market determined – BBG TV

In an interview with Bloomberg TV on Tuesday, Fatih Birol, Executive Director of IEA - the global energy authority reiterated that oil prices should be determined by market forces.

Birol also added that Russians are talking to mid-eastern producers on supply.
