Trump tariff plan postponed - Axios reporter

US President Donald Trump may not sign the "tariff plan" today, according to Axios reporter Jonathan Swan. 

""A senior official just told me its now not happening tomorrow. As we reported earlier in the day, Trump wanted to do it Thurday but lawyers still at it", reads Swan's tweet.
